SUMMARY OF WATER RATES:
After initial occupancy, single family residences shall be charged monthly as follows:
This notice is to inform you of an increase in our billing rates for water usage, effective on your June water bill. It is necessary to implement this increase due to the rising costs associated with conducting the business of your water and sewer system.
Your Board of Directors strives to keep cost low and quality high to all of the District’s residents. In the past your MUD has absorbed several increases without the need to increase the rates you have paid. Below is a table showing the new rates:
- 0 through 6,000 gallons $9.50 minimum
- 6,001 through 8,000 gallons an additional $1.50 per thousand gallons
- 8,001 through 10,000 gallons an additional $1.75 per thousand gallons
- 10,001 through 12,000 gallons an additional $2.00 per thousand gallons
- 12,001 through 15,000 gallons an additional $2.25 per thousand gallons
- 15,001 through 20,000 gallons an additional $2.50 per thousand gallons
- 20,001 gallons and up an additional $2.75 per thousand gallons

SUMMARY OF SEWER SERVICES:
Monthly Rates to all customers shall be charged monthly for sewer service.
- Single Family Residential. $31.75 per month.
- Multi-Family, Commercial, and Non-Taxable. $10.00 per month per unit.
- Civic Associations. $13.50 per month.
The District will provide residential garbage collection and disposal service to all single family residences. There will be no charge for such service.

"NHCRWA" Fee - North Harris County Regional Water Authority. The District shall charge all Single Family Residential User, Multi Family and Commercial User, Non-Taxable User and Civic Association an additional pro rata amount based upon the NHCRWA's cost to the District, plus an additional fifteen percent (15%). Such NHCRWA charges may fluctuate without notice. The NHCRWA charge will be itemized on the District's water bill.
